Detailed Description

Class provides an exception object for the class calc::Cheb.

This class implements error indices and error messages for the class calc::Cheb. On instantiation, this class stores an exception enumeration index and sets a class identification text with an exception description string. On error, calc::Cheb software implementation throws a calc::ChebErr object within a user-supplied try/catch statement.
